Jenny Pietrick, Talent Specialist

I love maximizing every opportunity I have. This includes helping great people find success in their professional lives. My goal at Talencio is to vet talent and provide our clients with the right accomplished contract professionals for their specific needs.

Prior to my role at Talencio, I was Talent Acquisition Coordinator at 3M, including their Corporate Research and Development Division. I also have significant experience in the health insurance industry at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota (BCBS) as Associate Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Analyst. I’m excited to leverage my prior experience at 3M and BCBS to build a professional, energetic, and approachable relationship with our clients.

Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling throughout the U.S. and over seas. During professional hockey season, I take in as many Minnesota Wild games as possible. But most of all, spending time with friends and family is my number one priority. I have earned a BA degree in Psychology at Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall and a BS degree in Human Resource Management at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul. My future goal is to obtain a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
