My role as Vice President of Sales for Talencio has given me the opportunity to work with a group of passionate and talented people that bring an exceptional standard of professionalism to their talent development and recruiting work for the health technology industry. I have 25+ years of experience in health technology and am energized by working with innovative companies on the leading edge of transforming people’s health and the way healthcare is delivered.

I have spent my career working with large and small healthcare companies specializing in developing and executing sales strategies that will consistently achieve aggressive sales and revenue growth targets.

I have a master’s degree (MBA) in business administration from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor’s degree (BA) in Chinese Language and Asian Studies from St. Olaf College.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends. My husband and I have two wonderful children and two lively golden retrievers who keep us busy and active. I enjoy walking, working out, gardening, sailing, scuba diving, travleing, and a host of other outdoor activities. I also believe in giving back and volunteeriing for organizations and causes that are important to me. One of my favorite quotes is by Ceasar Chavez – “True wealth is not measured in money or status or power. It is measured in the legacy we leave for those we love and those we inspire.
